Water Library Chamchuri is one of the pioneers in Thailand’s fine dining restaurant scene and until today this flagship restaurant of the Water Library Hospitality Group is recognized as being one of the best in Thailand.

Chef with Great Attitude, chef Mirco is known for his ever-evolving recipes, in which he aims to produce the perfect versions of the best produce available in that season. Chef Mirco Keller recently just rebirth his evolved signature dishes with the great concept of “A Journey of Fine Gastronomy with No Boundaries” 

The decoration of this restaurant is unique, notable and impressive for its floor-to-ceiling display of water bottles from all over the world.

Guests are now able to enjoy new lunch set every 2 weeks (THB1,000++/2-course, THB1,300++/3-course) where Keller will only be using the best and freshest products.

A tasting menu will be offered during dinner service and a-la-carte menu is available for both service times.

Highlights from the 8-course tasting menu (THB2,800) include slow cooked Berkshire Pork Belly, served with green pea puree dumplings

Japanese Kinmedai Fish, whereby its skin is seared to the crispiest and the flesh remains tasty and succulent served with cucumber and horseradish sauce.

The freshest Japanese Botan Ebi sashimi is served with pickled beetroot, wasabi cream and savory parmesan ice-cream. Atlantic Lobster (THB1,500) now has Thai essences served with avocado cream and light coconut dressing topped with ginger and job’s tears.
