Iron Chef Table

A direct spin-off from the daytime television show Iron Chef Thailand, Iron Chef Table is an all-star collaboration of celebrity chefs who have graced and defended their championship at the fuel-filled Kitchen Stadium. Fans of the TV show will be amazed by how the open kitchen replicates a studio kitchen where all the actions (flambé, sauté, brûlée, and what-nots) can be spectated right in front of your eyes.

The menu is a mix and match of Iron Chefs’ contributions and past dishes made in the actual show (including those of Chef Hiroyuki Sakai of the original Iron Chef). The beauty of dining at Iron Chef Table is transporting you to one of the most coveted spots at the judges’ table — the television version of which are only occupied by food critics, socialites, and movie stars.

The menu is heavily themed, structured almost like the television show itself, where certain ingredients are highlighted. Each dish has their own story and tweaks from the original dish, which would be told to diners by one of their well trained staff.

There is a huge fine-dining vibes from its menu, which relies heavily on molecular techniques—as usually seen on the show.

Dining at Iron Chef Table is an entertaining experience where you are taken to a high-octane kitchen filled with inspirations and impressive culinary techniques.

Apart from cocktail choices, their wine list contains several varietals from all across the world.
