Known as one of longest hours Sunday brunch in town. Located by the Chao Praya River, Flow – Millennium Hilton Bangkok is good venue for family and friends time for lazy weekend.
Our Sunday journey begins at from 11.00-16:00 hrs, start with complimentary cocktails and canapés at ThreeSixty 11.00-12.00 hrs. I love Bangkok’s river-views. ThreeSixty with daylight is a great difference experience from our usual visits, so relaxing.
From 12.00-15:00 hrs International Brunch selection featuring items from all hotel signature restaurants, including FLOW, Prime, Maya and Yuan
At FLOW, gaze out over the river through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. For a relaxing alternative, you can dine al fresco on riverside lounge terrace.
Pasta with Spicy Foie Gras Sauce
Signature items at FLOW include: sea scallop; goose leg confit, glazed with lemon and potato cream; and slow roasted lamb loin, eggplant and thyme emulsion. From Prime, enjoy roast prime rib; prime beef tartar; ‘veal orloff’; truffle fondue; and Italian soubise. For more Asian tastes, pop along to Maya for Thai dishes like ‘som tum poo nim’ (spicy papaya salad) with soft shell crab, ’miang kum’ with cha-plu leaves and ‘hor-mok goong mae nam’ river prawn soufflé, and from Yuan, Chinese delicacies like jumbo shrimp dim sum, wok-fried Chinese pancake filled with chives, and BBQ pork. Dishes are changes from time to time.
My fav, love it!
The International Brunch selection is made all the more impressive with free access to the Cheese Room – the first of its kind in Bangkok and considered to be one of the best in Asia. There, diners can sample the widest variety of international cheeses, the most powerful aromas, the finest textures, and the most refined flavors, all served with freshly baked bread and condiments.
