That talent and flair is on full display too, as the restaurant’s open-kitchen design with center-mounted charcoal grills allows guests to watch the culinary team in action. Set menus and wide-ranging à la carte choices, Fireplace Grill and Bar is known for its exquisite signature dishes.
Recent highlights include Duet of Wagyu, which features 7+ grilled sirloin and 6+ 24-hour braised short rib with foie gras croutons, garlic mashed potatoes, carrot fondant and red wine jus. Roasted prime rib of beef, meanwhile, delights diners with either classic or contemporary cuts of a prime rib, served with Yorkshire pudding, beef jus and fresh horseradish.
Desserts have always been a standout at Fireplace Grill and Bar, and the restaurant’s Crêpe Suzette certainly upholds tradition with an eye-catching flambé of banana, strawberry or orange prepared right at the table.
