Sunday Premium Brunch at Brasserie Europa is very much family & friend affair. This exceptional Sunday dining experience begins with premium quality fresh seafood on ice where the choices include Canadian lobster, three kinds of oysters, Alaskan king crab and New Zealand mussels. The popular Japanese corners offers sushi and sashimi with a rotation of special dishes such as soba, yakisoba, teriyaki eel, Hokkaido scallops and king crab. Also at four hours eating time the current record holder for the longest brunch in Bangkok from 12:30 to 16:00.

The buffet offers an indulgent selection of European and Asian style dishes, with an abundance of the freshest seafood presented on ice.

Imported cheeses from different European countries and a selection of cold cuts from the charcuterie station.

The á la carte main courses are cooked to order and served at guests’ tables.

Choices include Norwegian salmon fillet with asparagus casserole in Hollandaise sauce

Wagyu beef medallion “Rossini style” served with foie gras and sautéed spinach in mushroom sauce

Murray lamb cutlet with peppermint ricotta sauce and lemon jam.

For pasta lovers, this new “Signature Sunday Rosé Brunch” offers a wide selection at the pasta station including seafood arrabiata and classic carbonara. The Parmesan wheel with truffles mushroom sauce is a special feature.

Brasserie Europa dessers corner features a delighful and very tasty selection of pink-themed desserts such as dark and milk pink chocolate fountain with condiments; dulce raspberry bagatelle; pink macaroons and pink chocolate cupcakes.

Other dessers include chocolate sundae (made to order); ice-cream and sorbet station; macadamia nut-studded chocolate pound cake; trio of Valrhona chocolates and a selection of Thai favourites.

A dedicated dessert room features premium chocolate fountains along with homemade, mouth-watering sweets, Thai desserts and seasonal fruits.

Try out the home made ice cream and fill a jar or two with marshmallows or m&m’s while waiting for coffee.

Kid clubThere is no food station dedicated to children or entertainment within the restaurant however little guests can still enjoying their lunch with mum and dad, kiddos are escorted if desired to the Kid’s Club with well-trained staff, fun settings and kid’s activities.

A good compromise to satisfy most family and couples dining, while keeping the venue sophisticated and to let the parents enjoy this great long brunch !

The beverage packages are designed to meet the demands of all local and international guests, starting from THB 2,400++ per person including free-flow soft drinks. Children aged 6 to 12 years pay THB 1,200++.

The free-flow Champagne package with other alcoholic beverages is priced at THB 4,500++ per person with the complimentary upgrade to Louis Roederer Pink Champagne (Rosé Champange) available to all diners with pink clothing or accessories.
