Sunday brunch at Brasserie Europa is very much a family affair. Also at five hours eating time the current record holder for the longest brunch in Bangkok from 12:30 to 17:00.

Brasserie Kitchen

Set in a chic dining room over looking the hotel’s inner courtyard and swimming pool. All-you-can-eat food stations include: fresh seafood on ice, oysters, selections of foie gras, Thai and Western appetizers as well as imported cheeses from different European countries and a selection of cold cuts from the charcuterie station.

The buffet offers an indulgent selection of European and Asian style dishes, with an abundance of the freshest seafood presented on an ice.

The delectable main dishes prepared individually à-la-minute by the talented culinary team include:

Australian beef tenderloin served with pumpkin mustard, roasted seeds and Café de Paris butter; Slow roasted New Zealand lamb cutlet served with white bean cream and tapenade; Asian-style poached snow fish served with shaved leek, ginger and soy sauce. Maine Lobster tail served with braised leek, potato and truffle hollandaise; Kurobuta pork loin served with sauerkraut, apple sauce, chorizo and walnuts smoked crumbs; Seafood angel hairs served with garlic, chili, capers and caviar; and Thai-style Hokkaido scallop tom kha. All servings come to your table in miniature copper serving pans with heaters to keep those warm.

Chill at your table and order all sorts of different portions of a la minute made main courses…our favorite ones were definitely the lobster tail and the New Zealand lamb cutlets…the team has also prepared some options for the kids…nice touch.
