Charcoal Tandoor Grill & Mixology, a 74-seat restaurant (in extremely spacious configuration), welcomes with a windowed Tandoori kitchen and ovens inspired by the 18th century desert clay cooking style. The restaurant offers pool views throughout with the option of al fresco dining, and a decorative theme unlike anywhere else. Soho Hospitality’s experience in delivering exceptional F&B designs bring a neo-industrial palace of spice libraries, dabbawallahs straight from an Indian street scene (with piped audio to complete the feel), and unique Indian adornments to complete an intensely refreshing dining experience.

Melt-in-the-mouth creamy coriander chicken spiced with green chili and flamed to perfection; chargrilled mutton with ginger, cumin and freshly ground Indian spices; and the home comforts of lightly spiced tandoor-grilled Indian paneer cheese.
