Chef Francesco Lenzi opened Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen in September 2014 with the will to bring original taste and flavor of a real Tuscan style to Italian food-lovers. He found Soi Ruamruedee 2 a perfect spot in the heart of Bangkok, and the restaurant has become a new gathering spot for food and wine connoisseurs since then.
Today, Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen is one of the best Italian restaurants in Bangkok where quality of food is unrivaled. The restaurant presents specific regional Tuscan cuisine by focusing on sources of ingredients and use of traditional techniques, in an elegant and private environment with impeccable service. The restaurant also has a walking wine cellar where the best of Italian wines can be found.
At Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen, Chef Francesco Lenzi proudly presents products from “Antica Norcineria”, also known as “Lenzi’s Farm”. The farm originated in Ghivizzano near Lucca in Tuscany since 1945. Chef Francesco has imported a variety of high-quality food products directly from the farm to use in his kitchen.
Bazzone, fresh pork leg from Valle Del Serchio that is cured for 3 to 4 years with Tuscan sea salt and pepper is a must order dish. Mortadella Col Tartufo, heat-cured pork sausage with cubes of pork fat and truffle is also another suggestion. The melt-in-your-mouth effect of the ham after first bite is impressive.
