Review: Biscotti, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel – Michelin Guide Bangkok

Contemporary Italian cuisine for almost two decades, Biscotti is great place for catch up amongst family or friends in a relaxed setting. Biscotti launches new creations by  by Chef Andrea Buson

Chef de Cuisine Andrea Buson hails from Venice, Italy. He trained at the prestigious IPSSAR Pietro d’Abano in Padova before honing his skills in establishments around Italy. Chef Andrea first moved to Asia in 2010, working at luxury resorts before opening highly renowned Italian restaurants in Luang Prabang and Langkawi.

New creations that now feature on Biscotti’s menu include Chef Andrea’s twist on the traditional caprese – grilled scallops with cream of buffalo mozzarella, a cherry tomato confit and paté of Liguria olives; a Venetian risotto based on his grandmother’s recipe of peas, pancetta, seared foie gras and Parmesan; and a personal favourite, wild-caught Sockeye salmon seared with Bronte’s pistachio pesto, cherry tomato and purple potato. You can’t miss signature focaccia with mascarpone and truffle oil to homemade ossobuco ravioli.
