Star Clippers returns to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore

Are you looking for a great way to escape next winter? Good news, Star Clippers is again sending one of its three graceful tall ships to Southeast Asia, for the first time since 2010.

After a summer in the Mediterranean, the four-mast schooner Star Clipper will set sail for Thailand. From December 2016 to April 2017 she will explore the many idyllic islands scattered off the coast of Phuket.
The region has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Imagine your ship arriving under full sail before dropping anchor off the coast, on places where none of the big ships can come. The area has a spectacular underwater life, which is perfect for snorkelling. The onboard Zodiacs will be used for occasional photo safaris.

The different routes

There is a northbound and a southbound sailing, both with Phuket as homeport.
Seven cruises either begin or end in Singapore.
All cruises are seven nights long; except the New Year’s cruise which is eight nights. You can also combine 2 consecutive cruises and get a discount of 5%.

Northbound sailing from Phuket

Ko Rok Nok, an uninhabited island with incredible reefs.
Phang Nga Bay, offering spectacular scenery of forested limestone towers and hidden coves.

Singapore sailings include calls at most of the above places, and also at Malacca, Malaysia.

Star Clippers will remember you as a valued customer and award you a 5% repeater savings on your next voyage. (This reduction can be combined with the early bird discount and can also be used on the Christmas cruises, in all cabin categories. It is however not possible in combination with the Christmas promotion for solo travellers.)
