We recently had the chance to visit the Grand Hyatt and their new Champagne Brunch with unlimited Moët and Chandon Imperial Brut.

Boasting an exquisitely decadent spread and an iconic setting, the champagne brunch at Tables grill is hard to beat. Unlike other places in town, space between stations, tables have been well thought to offer its patrons a relaxed and confortable dining atmosphere.

From fresh and sustainable seafood options –gourmet Boston Lobster , Fine de Claire oysters to Japanese scallops and a great choice of a la carte gourmet dishes, there is all you need to feast with friends and family.

Our starters…we loved the oysters, both French fines de claire and other varieties and a to-die-for lobster bisque soup and the generous portions of pan-seared scallops.  Check out the Boston lobster bisque, oyster bar, smoked salmon, prawn cocktail, duck liver parfait, pork loin confit, beef sirloin, Champagne risotto.

We picked a few items from the special a la carte menu serving to your table such as Tables Grill classic half Boston lobster Thermidor, pan fried duck liver, sautéed sea bass à la Meunière, homemade pasta gratin, and many more are freshly prepared to your order (the menu will be rotating as chef recommend). We really enjoyed among the choices of made-to-order the Eggs benedicte and the Lobster Thermidor….even had some twice!

If you’re more of a carnivore, head over to the carving station, where you can gorge on succulent slices of Australian Grain-Fed Prime Rib.

Choose a selection of meats and pickles from the Antipasti counter with zesty salads and appetizers, rustic corner of international cheese, charcuterie, and homemade breads and desert room.

For desert, don’t miss the hand-crafted pralines and sumptuous pastries like Strawberry Meringue Sable and Mixed Berries Cheesecake, there’s every excuse to indulge that sweet tooth!

Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut free flow was delightful…could there be a more perfect excuse for a revisit at Tables Grill?
