Chef Bernard Ibanez has a big passion about food, he was spending hours learning cooking, nurtured in his early years in the kitchens of his mother and grandmother.
Chef Bernard has worked his way up. Since studying at l’Ecole Hôtelière de Paris, he has worked in different restaurants in Paris including Café de la Paix (Michelin-Star Restaurant), Hotel Westminster and many more. Building his career in France, he became Chef Owner of “Le Serpolet”, a small fine dining establishment in Bordeaux.
He also trained in such prestigious places such as Auguste Escoffier School, Lenotre pastry shop, Jacques Chibois restaurant (2-Michelin-Star Restaurant) in Cannes before flying abroad towards new adventures.

The five-course set dinner is priced at 2,500 THB per person (food only), exclusive of local taxes and service charge.
