When it come to Bangkok’s best Sunday brunches, people have their own favorites place whether it is for the best seafood selection, meat display or else. After a morning shopping at CentralWorld, we recently had a chance to experience Amaya Sunday brunch at Amaya Food Gallery.
The Amaya Food Gallery features a culinary experience with exotic tastes from the streets of Asia in a vibrant market style venue with vivacious metropolis with fast fresh food services. The restaurant offers a spacious open market place with yet intimate dining settings. Large table are available for families and groups of friends.
Bright and contemporary, this is the new dining venue of the Amari Watergate hotel, which reflects the management’s passion to step out of its comfort zone and not rely on merely in-house dining guests. The hotel is now looking at another promising type of customers — foodies and great valued buffet-hunters. During our visit, lots of locals with families and some expats as well.
The Amaya Food Gallery is turned into a grand display of world-class street-food flavors, combining various cuisines of the East and West. Amaya boasts a spacious wine cellar-cum-European cheese corner and a sweeping cold cut bar where classic charcuterie options, home made breads are offered with comprehensive helpings of condiments.

We have to admit that this place is one of Bangkok’s best value for money Brunch, serving a very large selection of delights from around the world featuring premium goods, such as Fin de Claire oysters, Alaskan king crab, 40 varieties of dishes to choose from…overall very impressed with the variety of food, cuisines and “Market” space.
