137 Pillars donates to Chaipattana Foundation
The management of the luxury boutique hotel 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok recently donated a part of the proceeds from its “My Beloved King Rama 9” auction to the Chaipattana Foundation.
In the photo, Dr. Sumeth Tantivejakul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana foundation accepts the donation from Niphan Wongphanlert, Managing Director of 137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts. Also seen are Phathaiwat Changtrakul from Farmgroup, and Nida Wongphanlert, Bjorn Richardson and Jakri Rujirat from 137 Pillars Suites & Residences.
The silent auction for award-winning artist Suwanee Sarakana’s portrait of the late King Rama 9 was one of ten artworks in 137 Pillars Suites & Residences’ inaugural ‘Art Rotation’, a series of curated exhibitions to make art by the Kingdom’s top artists more accessible to guests, art collectors and the community the hotel is located in.
