Art Stage
Returning for its 8th edition, the Southeast Asia’s flagship art fair event is where the diverse regional and global art scenes have blended together seamlessly and showcases the very best of Southeast Asian contemporary art. This year, the event pays tribute to new and vibrant art scene flourishing in the region. For instance, Thailand features exhibitions and special projects from participating galleries including Kamin Lertchaiprasert presented by Numthong Gallery, S.A.C. Gallery Bangkok etc. In addition, this is the only event where all specially curated programmes including panel discussions, exhibitions and exclusive preview of private collections are available from the industry leaders.

Art from the Streets
Art from the Streets is the first major retrospective of street art ever shown in Southeast Asia. The event features almost 200 works from 50 of the world’s best known street artists such as Banksy, Shephard Fairey aka OBEY, Futura 2000. Come and explore the unique on-site projects, paintings, installations, videos, archives and sketches that show the artistic movement from its beginning to its rise as an urban art form and learn how different artistic techniques and technologies can create impressive art pieces.

Singapore Art Week x Art After Dark
Gillman Barracks’ flagship edition of the night time open house event, Art After Dark, is ready to offer you an evening of stimulating contemporary art, live music, and F&B pop-ups with the showcase of new exhibitions and exciting programmes such as art galleries and visual art festival. The highlight this year including DISINI, a new site-specific event that highlights outdoor sculptures and murals by home-grown, regional and international artists

Light to Night Festival 2018: Colour Sensations
Light to Night Festival 2018: Colour Sensations explores the sensation of colour through the visual, literary and performing art forms, transforming major cultural institutions and parks in Civic Districts into spectacular and dazzling works of art each night throughout Singapore Art Week 2018. Participating institutions include National Gallery Singapore, Padang, The Arts House, Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall, Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, Esplanade Park etc.

ARTWALK Little India
This year, ‘ARTWALK Little India’ comes back to light up a buzzing historic district under the theme of ‘Urban Mythology’ which features long-lost tales in and around the precincts. It combines the murals, public art installations and free performances from the local artists and performers including Kamini Ramachandran to show the beauty of culture diversification and ethnic-inspired art scenes.
