Foie Gras ‘Asian style’ with Tamarined Glazed, Roasted Pineapple compote, Peanut brittle; Oyster ‘non-Asian style’ with shallots and Red wine vinegar. The 48hr braised smoked beef rib ‘Asian style’ is presented in a sticky soy glaze, Kale Tempura, carrot ginger smoothie. The non-Asian option is served in a delicious Red onion jam, Artichokes and truffle essence are in the new menu.
The drinks menu follows the same concept where the principal ingredients play the main role and guests can choose between an ‘Asian’ or ‘non-Asian’ beverage style to suit their preferences.” Examples include apple, lychee, mango, chilli and ginger. Guests can take pleasure in this fun-filled dynamic atmosphere in the air-conditioned restaurant or the outdoor terrace overlooking the lush green garden and free-form swimming pool. With the new food and drink concept, guests can enjoy a magnificent yet comfortable setting while having a great conversation among friends.
