British born Canadian raised self-taught chef, whom Michelin awarded three stars for his restaurant in Hong Kong, Bo Innovation. Leung gained nickname, “The Demon Chef”, from adventurous invention of his own style, which he labeled “X-Treme Chinese”. It is a molecular gastronomy fused with Chinese cuisine. His talk-of-the-town menu is in a form of edible condom on sandy beach. What looks like the edible condom is actually made of pink liquid of tapioca and yam while the sand is made of shitake mushroom. It is a dish full of creativity for the good cause. The money earned from this menu is also donated to foundations working on AIDS awareness. His culinary creativity can also be experienced at Bo London, his second restaurant in Mayfair, which received one Michelin star.
