A place to discover a new spirit of the wholesome rustic cuisine. Lead by Chef Haikal Johari, “SEED” is about creating simple dining pleasures with French inspired classics mixed with Japanese and Asian flavours. Each dish, in it’s simplicity, is prepared from fresh local produce, and infused with chef’s youthfulness and individualism, served in a rustic urban atmosphere.
In the words of Singaporean top chef, Haikal Johari (former head chef of Water Library Thonglor Bangkok’s first chef table experience) who worked at restaurants worldwide, including Michelin star restaurants Joel Robuchon, Amador and Shimomura, it’s about getting back to basics and cooking with a lot of love. SEED’s a la carte menu and the chef’s daily special menu promise to express his passion and unique style of food based on French and Japanese cuisine mixed with Thai flavours.
The dishes highlight organic products sourced from local farmers who produce fresh seafood in a sustainable and responsible manner. In addition, SEED offers a selection of retail priced new and old world wine.
