Breeze – Bangkok’s Best Asian Fine Cuisine With 360 City Views

The ‘new face of Asian dining’ is an exceptionally beautiful face indeed, one that makes its first impression with a 25-meter neon-lit sky-bridge that connects the indoor and outdoor dining areas and gives the illusion of walking into the open sky as one descends from the bridge on an illuminated sandstone-hued staircase onto the outdoor dining area. These most salient elements of Bangkok’s highest open-air Asian restaurant, designed by dwp, are accented by water features, mirrors, and a chic modernist design.

Helmed by celebrity Chef Sam Pang, Breeze known as “new face of Asian dining” delivers an exceptional dining experience and sets the mood for romance and glamour as diners indulge pre or post dinner drinks. Launched in 2006 and located high above Bangkok on the 51st and 52nd floors of Tower Club at lebua, the restaurant quickly became known as the ‘new face of Asian dining’, a stunning venue where design, cuisine and service come together for an evening unlike any other.

In the elegant modernist design of Bangkok’s highest open-air Asian restaurant, this culinary artistry is complemented by the 3,000 bottles of wine on hand, unrivalled hospitality, and unobtrusive yet impeccable service from Breeze’s multilingual and highly knowledgeable servers.

In 2014, USA Today highlighted Breeze as one of the world’s “top 10 most cutting-edge restaurants”. The year prior, Breeze was named one of ‘Thailand’s Best Restaurants’ by Thailand Tatler, ‘Restaurant of the Year, HAPA Best 10 in Asia, Platinum Winner’ and ‘Most Authentic Asian Cuisine Restaurant, HAPA Best 10 in Asia Winner’ by the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards. With a more private ambience than Sirocco, Breeze is perfect for business or leisure meals and the culinary team takes the extra time to ensure all your requests and preferences are respected to turn your desires into a culinary dream. All cocktail connoisseurs will enjoy the skills and creativity of the mixologists and “liquid experts”…the new menu offers some unbelievable concoctions!

With China 2020 – the most recent landmark event in Breeze’s quest to present guests with an innovative new vision of authentic Asian cuisine – diners can now experience an exclusive preview of the future of Chinese dining. Based on Chef Sam’s predictions of what Chinese cuisine will look like in six years, the new China 2020 à la carte menu is a fully interactive dining experience. Guests, for example, can mix their own cocktails using unexpected ingredients before cracking open a salt rock served in an elegant wooden box to reveal the feast within, and roll the dice to let fate determine the lucky sauce that will accompany their Omi Beef.  Available through November 2014.
