Thirty-two-year old Chef Marcel grew up in the world of haute cuisine. He was exposed to the culinary world from a young age through his family, where his parents owned an inn in the Black Forest. In 2015, after spending several years in 3-Michelin star restaurant “La Vie” in Osnabrück, Germany, Chef Marcel moved to Switzerland to embark a new adventure working for Andreas Caminada at the 3-Michelin star “Schloss Schauenstein”.
Since 2017, Chef Marcel has been the head chef during the winter months at “IGNIV by Andreas Caminada”, in the Badrutt’s Palace luxury hotel in St. Moritz, Switzerland. With Chef Marcel at the helm and under the guidance of celebrated 3-Michelin star Chef Andreas Caminada, IGNIV offers a “fine dining sharing experience”. The restaurant earned its Michelin star only a few months after its opening.

The eight-course menu will bring diners through an array of gastronomic experiences, starting from four snacks, consisting Airbread Bellpepper Langoustine; Beefsteak Tartare; IGNIV Nuggets and Egg Potato Leek; following by starters – Foie Gras Yoghurt Jackfruit; Lettuce Mustard Egg Yolk; Shrimp Asparagus Ceviche; and Mackerel Radish Avocado.
Refresh your palette with Fish Soup IGNIV before moving on to the main courses – Porkbelly Plum Cabbage, and Pigeon Trevisano Cherry. Complete your meal on a sweet and refreshing note with Yoghurt Mango Coriander Citrus Fruits.
