Purida “Chef Pu” Theeraphong has been instrumental to the success for many restaurants in Australia and Thailand before joining OSHA as the Corporate Chef. During the first years of her career, Purida tirelessly worked her way up in the restaurant scene of Australia, sharpening her skills by working as a Thai chef at various restaurants. She also obtained Diploma of Hospitality F&B management from Sydney Business and Travel Academy (SBTA) in 2001 and Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) in August 2005 from Sydney TAFE. Before coming back to Thailand, she was the head chef of Spice Lovers, a modern Thai restaurant in Sydney.

Since returning to Thailand in 2009, Purida has worked as executive chef for Radisson Plaza Resort Phuket Panwa Beach, Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan and The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam where she was the heart of soul of the operation of their restaurants. She is no strange to running big kitchens and managing upscale restaurants.

Over almost 17 years of experience as a chef, Purida thoroughly understands what it takes to make a restaurant a success from paying attention to every minute detail, maintaining the standard and quality, conceptualising and creating new menu, to maintaining good relationship with customers. Moreover, she has mastered various cuisines throughout her career but her forte remains Thai cuisine. With diverse and vast expertise, Chef Pu is ready to helm the innovative and creative kitchen of OSHA and truly realise its one-of-a-kind concept, flavour and extravaganza.
