With the main support from his buddy chef, Sax who is at the front of an opened kitchen and would like to pleasure their guests every evening.  CRU meant to be a little heaven for Chiang Mai citizens and visitors for a yearround.

Taste:

Start our light meals with five tapas menus: Miang Pla, Katak fish from south of Thailand, mixed with spicy garden chili and paired with Dante Rivetti from Italy.

Lab Tartare (390 THB), Thai Beef from Kamphaeng Saen, cooked with grape, balsamic and honey.

Seasonal Tofu (60 THB) topped on Chiang Mai herb called Ma Kwaen similar taste to Sichuan pepper and paired with Riesling.

Tomato Cheese Bruschetta (90 THB) served with Spanish wine and Basil Pesto Pasta fill up your night.

Each bite with good wine is the combination that you and folks could extend the conversation all night long.

Wine by glass starts from 260 – 400 Baht and there are 6 different bottles to select every day.  Here you can also find imported wine and hard to find wine-list at reasonable prices.

Tune:  Lovely vocalist and guitarist play a nice tune on Sunday and Wednesday. For the rest of week will be DJ and his/her modern lounge playlist.

How to find: This lovely wine bar hiding in the midst of an old town and next to Phra Singh Temple.  Once you enter the dark black door on the ground floor that gives a little sign to get in, you will be greeting by photo gallery from other artists on the white wall.
