What they offer to their guests at Ginza Sushi Ichi is not just foods to fill your stomach; instead, every single one is a piece of art.

Starting with a set of tempting sashimi, comprising madai, akagai, and saba. Each fish comes in two pieces – one to be savored with salt, and another with shoyu. You will be surprised by how they taste noticeably different.

For sushi, we were served shima aji, nodoguro, todai subu, and more. All of which taste remarkably fresh as if we were actually in Japan.

Akami

Another fantastic bite is

Sea-fresh

Wonders never cease! As time passed, more mouth-watering surprises arrived. Ultra-fresh murasaki uni feels so magical in the mouth with its rich yet clean, subtly salty yet sweet flavors.

Kuruma

Another type of uni –

Anago, fresh from the sea, comes with unique taste and touch, being enhanced by special sauce.

After a multitude of bite-sized feasts, miso with one-of-a-kind making is served to refresh before moving on to a few next, followed by toro-taku, before the meal ended with silky tamangoyaki.

If omakase is on the must-do list of discerning gastronomes, then Ginza Sushi Ichi is on the never-miss-nevertheless list for those in Bangkok, or else you would have to fly a long way to Japan to experience this one-of-a-kind freshness.
