The diverse offerings, from vegetables and fruits, to chef-fermented seasonal produce and herbs, provide a rich source of beneficial microorganisms. This ensures not only a delightful dining experience but also access to nutritious, flavorful food all year round.

Named GOAT, symbolizing both the chef’s birth month and “Greatest of All Time,” every detail tells a story. The artwork of a woman carrying a goat, as Chef Tan explains, represents his mother, symbolizing her unwavering support for his spirit and her encouragement for his business success

Our evening at the GOAT X RABBIT Wine Dinner was a collaboration between Chef ‘Tan’ and GranMonte Vineyard. The combination of flavors and wine pairings elevated the meal, turning it into a truly exceptional experience.

It gave us the opportunity to experience GOAT’s new culinary set, perfectly paired with five top-quality wines from GranMonte Winery—much like a symphony where each dish and wine worked together in harmony.

The building draws inspiration from the traditional Chino-Portuguese colonial architecture of Phuket, Phang Nga, and Penang, while incorporating elements of the Emamai Thai house style.

The design was crafted by a team of architects from Agaligo Studio. Inside, you’ll find stunning pieces of classic, antique, and modern art, with a thoughtfully designed ambiance that features varied seating arrangements, each with its own unique charm—even the waiting area feels special.

The presentation throughout the meal enhances the entire dining journey, showcasing the chef’s creativity not just in the cuisine, but in every elements making the experience truly memorable.

Chef Tan inventive Asian cuisine is rooted in his Thai-Chinese heritage and refined by European techniques he mastered while working, living abroad, and traveling extensively.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a refreshing pineapple kombucha, elegantly served in a champagne glass, setting the tone for the creative journey ahead. The saying “gut is your second brain” rings especially true here.

Chef Tan has also designed his own vegetable, herb, and flower garden, incorporating waste management practices that recycle compost back to farmers as plant food.

The lighting here adds to the joy of the dinner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for cherishing quality time with your loved ones. Looking around, I noticed other diners savoring their meals, taking photos, and capturing the special moments of their evening.

The chinaware, napkins, tablecloths, and food containers used here are nothing short of exceptional, each thoughtfully chosen to reflect the chef’s artistic vision.

Dining at this restaurant not only introduces you to a variety of high-quality, seasonal local ingredients, but also to a range of foods that support gut health.

We won’t reveal everything—you’ll have to discover this place for yourself. I have to admit, I’m surprised it took me so long to visit, but now that I have, I can confidently say this is one of the modern Thai restaurants I highly recommend.

The chef’s energy, passion, and deep knowledge of food shine through in every dish. Each plate is thoughtfully crafted, with a story behind it, making the experience both fun and explorative. You’ll not only enjoy the food but leave feeling great, with lasting memories of an incredible night.
