The gala wine dinner pairing, jointly orchestrated by Nikki Lohitnavy, winemaker, and Michelin-starred Chef Chumpol Jangprai, perfectly complemented by award-winning wines from GranMonte.

For those who are new to GranMonte wines, the individuals behind this success are the Lohitnavy family: Mr. Visooth and Mrs. Sakuna Lohitnavy, along with their daughters Nikki Lohitnavy and Mimi Lohitnavy.

Established in 1999 on a 40-acre plot in Khao Yai, GranMonte began on an extraordinary journey, transforming former cashew orchards into a vineyard and laying the foundation for a legacy that redefined Thai wine production.
