French Chef de Cuisine, Guillaume Galliot is the perfect chef for The Tasting Room in Macau. The restaurant is inside the Crown Towers, one of three hotels in the City of Dreams entertainment complex. Galliot and his team have created a truly European experience where the ingredients and their flavors are showcased in a cleverly designed and lavish environment.
He has firm foundation in French cuisine with many unique cooking techniques but his cooking also is inspired by other European food culture. He delivers great combination of traditional flavors and contemporary tastes. His true signature dish is his own interpretation of classic French onion soup with the traditional onion confit based on beef stock with an intense sweet onion ice cream.
