This is joint venture between Chef Luca Appino of La Bottega di Luca and Pizza Massilia and Chooti Leenutaphong and Debbie Tang of Vesper Cocktail Bar & Restaurant. It’s set in a grand old Rama V style villa that has been reborn as a cocktail bar and Italian grill. As one expects with Chef Luca he is only using the finest ingredients, Piedmontese veal raised on hazelnuts, Proscuitto and pork neck from the Ca’ Lumaco Estate between Modena and Bologna and beef from Galicia in Spain.
