Italian Wine Epicurean Journey & Master Class


UNO MAS, Centara Grand at CentralWorld hosts an Italian Wine Dinner and Master Class in collaboration with Sommelier Marino Braccu of 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana (Hong Kong).

Marino Braccu was born in the most central of all Mediterranean islands: Sardinia. Trained as a Sommelier Marino has travelled from his native land first to Australia and then to Hong Kong where he has become a true ambassador of Italian food and wine in the world.

General Manager and Sommelier at Otto e Mezzo Bombana Hong Kong, ranked #12 in Asia 50 Best Restaurants Award 2019 and the only three-star Michelin restaurant outside of Italy.
