Chef Merone comes from a farming family and learned at a young age to appreciate the flavours of fine Italian ingredients. From Berlin’s Vai Mó to ALMA in Parma under the legendary Gualtiero Marchesi, Antimo earned his stripes at some of the world’s finest restaurants. The opening of L’Altro in Hong Kong brought him to Asia, which quickly achieved a Michelin star. Soon after, he joined Umberto Bombana’s 8 ó Otto e Mezzo in Macau as Executive Chef, where he led the kitchen for six years and also earned a Michelin Star. In 2021, he opened his first restaurant, Estro, in partnership with JIA Group, which is dedicated to raising Neapolitan cuisine to another level through contemporary cooking techniques.
Chef Arnaud‘s signature restaurant, Maison Dunand, features cuisine inspired from his travels around the globe while staying true to his roots in the beautiful Alpine region of Savoie and France’s northwesternmost Brittany region, where he spent wonderful holidays with his father. Maison Dunand means Dunand’s home, so every guest will be warmly welcomed to his ‘home’ and experience an inspiring meal by Chef Arnaud Dunand, all perfectly complemented by warmhearted service from his professional team. Decorated with oak wood, stone, cow paintings and leather rugs, the place perfectly reflects a warm and inviting chalet in the French Alps.
Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, a master of French cuisine and culinary icon in Bangkok restaurant’s scene, found his passion for cooking during his childhood in the mountains of the Savoie region, France. Starting from the tender age of 12, Chef Arnaud instantly fell in love with cooking and ultimately this is where his culinary journey began. His journey has brought him to work in some of the most esteemed kitchens and with some renowned culinary talents globally, including Marc Veyrat, Jacques Lameloise, and Jean Francois Piège at Hôtel de Crillon.
