Tofu is an original food source that most Asians eat especially the Japanese. Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a food prepared by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. In Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and the Philippines, tofu is widely available and used in many local dishes.
The Mihara Tofuten Bangkok entrance features an open wall that leads into a small Zen garden before you enter the main restaurant. this reflects the modern minimalist style of the place.
