Since the menus are reviewed and updated regularly by Chef Henrik Yde Andersen, it has been a great pleasure to discover some new creations on the menu, taking us on a journey from Thai southern beaches to Northern parts of the country.
This time, new items with a more “green” touch…focusing on a healthy Modern Thai cuisine. Chef Henrik Yde Andersen presented all his creations and the story behind each dish, deconstructing ingredients and flavours. 
We started the evening with a series of appetisers and entrees to remind us of the beach and seafood crustaceans…Laksa based on Crab Crab Cornetto, Griled squid, oysters tempura with Misomayo…Very interesting settings and presentation. 
Salad with apples and Celery – marinated scallops …a thai and healthy interpretation of the caesar salad.
Tom ka with baby Corn and Chanterelles mushroom served hot or cold – 
Salt baked Carrot with Tamarins and Lemongrass…
Foie gras with Ginger and Plum Wine
Lobster with Ka Chai and Red Peppers
Beef Massaman with potatoes Five spices – Beef soup DIY Noodles
Lemon Foam with Thai Basil Sorbet. Peach with Sticky rice –  a revisited sweet desert with Peaches from Denmark and home made coconut milk.
