Hotel Nikko Bangkok – New Luxury Hotel In Thonglor Bangkok, Thailand
Located near the corner of Sukhumvit and Thonglor roads, within a short walk of the BTS Skytrain Thonglor station, Hotel Nikko Bangkok occupies a prominent position in one of the city’s most energetic business and tourist districts.
The new-build hotel structure has been designed as an abstract representation of a blossoming lotus flower, opening in an origami fashion to reveal the pollen. In front of the hotel stands a modernist sculpting of a gingko tree, a tree that can live for a thousand years and more, and which is a symbol of strength and endurance.

Inside the lobby and reception area of the hotel this symbolism of the natural world is maintained, with a traditional Thai floral design reaching high upon the walls and appearing to shed petals gracefully from the sky. A timber lattice screen placed immediately inside the entrance combines feng shui purposes with the practicality of diverting guests to the reception desks to the right, and the lounge and café to the left.
Rooms
Guestrooms throughout the hotel utilise both traditional Japanese minimalism and the graceful warmth of Thai décor, thereby ensuring all rooms have clean lines and an air of space together with relaxing comfort. Carpeting is soft underfoot, the colour schemes are a tranquil blend of buff and peach, and the wooden headboard above each bed has an engraved floral design that is lit from behind and covered with laminate on the front, glowing gently

when turning on the light. A glass wall separates the bathroom, with each bathroom having a stand-alone tub and an entirely separate toilet room housing a Toto Washlet toilet. Luxurious Panpuri bathroom amenities are provided throughout.
Food & Beverages
Hotel Nikko Bangkok has four restaurants and lounges.
HISHOU – Japanese Restaurant / Level 1 – 70 seats, is thesignatureJapanese restaurant featuring a sake and tempura bar and offering an extensive a la carte menu of fine Japanese cuisine, along with special set lunches, bento sets and set dinner menus. A full Japanese buffet breakfast is available every day at Hishou.

The Oasis – All Day Dining / Level 6 – 188 seats is for all-day dining at its best, embracing international breakfast, a signature themed buffet lunch and a dinner buffet with a la minute choices. Sunday sees an extensive brunch offering. In addition to the buffets, The Oasis serves a wide a la carte menu, with local, Japanese, other Asian, and international signature dishes.
Curve 55 – Lobby Lounge / Level 1 – 60 seats is the lobby lounge on Level 1, and along with serving drinks and light meals during the day and evening there is plenty of space and seating to rendezvous with friends and associates, hold informal meetings, or just relax.
The Pool Bar / Level 6 – 10 seats is located at the hotel pool on Level 6, and serves snacks, beverages and cocktails all day. Adjacent to the pool is the 24-hour fitness centre.

Meetings & Events
Meetings and events are a major component of the hotel, with over 1,800 square metres in total function space, and all the facilities required for weddings, both on a grand scale and of a more intimate size, along with other social functions.
The Fuji Grand Ballroom on Level 4 is able to host 500 guests seated and 1,250 persons for cocktails, making this the largest events venue in the Thonglor area. The ballroom, which can be divided into three self-contained sections, provides the potential for spectacular presentations and entertainment, with projection brightness up to 10,000 ANSI Rumen, while for daytime events there is plenty of natural light.
For smaller gatherings, and also on Level 4, there are a further eight small and medium sized function rooms, the largest being the Sakura, at 14.3×10 metres, and which can be divided into two. Each of the function rooms has natural light. The Pool Terrace on Level 6 can host 230 guests for a banquet, and 300 for a reception.
Catering for banquets and meetings includes Japanese and international cuisines. All events rooms have easy access from the car park and lobby by both elevators and escalator.
