Palmier Sunday Brunch by Guillaume Galliot, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok – Luxury Experience

Set against the tranquil backdrop of the Chao Phraya River and surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful landscapes, the Palmier Sunday Brunch offers a harmonious mix of relaxed sophistication, French brasserie charm, and Thai hospitality, making our Sunday truly special.

The brunch journey is crafted by the renowned chef Guillaume Galliot, who earned three Michelin stars at Caprice in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.

In the video, you will see how we enjoyed a French-inspired Sunday culinary journey at Palmier by Guillaume Galliot.

Guests can choose to sit indoors with air conditioning or outside to enjoy the riverside views. The brunch begins with an array of starters designed for sharing, fostering a communal dining experience.

We love the vibe of the restaurant very much; it’s perfect for sneaking out to spend time without the kids, and it’s also a great spot for mingling with friends and experiencing the unique atmosphere.

All dishes are served at your table, reminiscent of a lazy day in France, where you can indulge in great food, wine, and live music in a casual style.

Highlights:

  • Starters to Share: Including lobster and avocado roll with baby cos, smoked salmon with condiments, beef tartare à la Parisienne (if you are a caviar lover, you can ask the team to add Caviar Kristal on top), tomato variation with gazpacho, jelly, and marinated tomatoes, burrata foam, seafood platter, Hokkaido scallop, and French cold cuts board.
  • Egg Dish: Free-range egg, slow-cooked with Comté cheese emulsion.
  • Main Courses: Choices include bouillabaisse soup, chicken fricassee with carrot and celeriac, and steak frites with Béarnaise sauce and crispy French fries.
