Enoteca’s Rebirth

It isn’t a new restaurant, it opened since December 2004. However,  their latest “Tu vuo’ fa’ l’Americano’ summer menu made the place rebirth gain. It is a native Italian re-interpreting non-native Italian dishes. They have the essential elements to have been misunderstood as coming from the motherland but would be virtually impossible to find back home in Italy. Nicola Bonazza can always be relied on to come up with the unexpected and give a playful twist even to the most simple of dishes. Full details
