We captured a few special moments during our visit to Embassy Room La Marina.

Casoncelli di Gamberi e Salsa alle Zucchine is a standout dish for prawn lovers. Delicately handmade pasta is filled with sweet prawn, paired with a light zucchini sauce, creamy burrata, vibrant peas, and crowned with succulent Mazara del Vallo red prawns. Every bite bursts with fresh, natural flavors—elegant, balanced, and undeniably delicious. A must-order.

The Bianca pizza is a rich, topped with creamy mozzarella, Fontina, savory Italian sausage, and fragrant black truffle. Decadent, earthy, and perfectly indulgent—an absolute must for truffle lovers.

Be sure to check out their Catch of the Day—it just might surprise you. We had the Australian toothfish, flown straight to Bangkok, and it was truly exceptional in both freshness and flavor. Served with a light white wine sauce, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil, the dish impressed not only in taste but also in presentation. Even if you’re not usually a fish lover, this one is absolutely worth trying.

Located on the 9th floor of Park Hyatt Bangkok, Embassy Room La Marina offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere inspired by the warmth of Italian dining traditions and the charm of fisherman villages.

For anyone passionate about Italian cuisine in Bangkok, this is a dining experience worth discovering.
