During lunchtime, you will be able to order a set lunch or choose from the à la carte menu. The restaurant is perfect for business lunches or as a weekend lunch venue for you and your loved ones.

Here are some highlights from our lunch to share with you. We were there for Saturday lunch, and it was a great experience dining in a beautiful house surrounded by trees and natural lighting.

White Asparagus, Salmon Roe – love at first bite. A first entrée in a mini tower shape that features premium ingredients, beautifully presented and delicate. A perfect start to elevate your mood.

Bricelet, Eel, Kalamansi – A thin, crisp biscuit topped with tender eel and tangy kalamansi. This bite is a perfect way to open your palate, offering a delightful combination of flavors.

Japanese Corn, Spices – This small but powerful bite features a very fragile tart filled with Japanese corn and spices.

As you know, the French are very particular when it comes to bread and butter. Here’s a point we want to highlight: Maison Dunand uses Bordier Butter, offering two kinds – seaweed and salted butter. They’re served with a brioche that’s uniquely crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Even the sourdough, often overlooked at other restaurants, is something special here. We enjoyed it so much that we asked for a second set, and indulging in a lot of bread didn’t make us feel guilty at all; it was just too good to resist.

Tomato, Melon, Ham – A cold consommé that took hours to prepare in advance, full of surprises. We were very impressed with the presentation, look, taste, and the great aroma from the herbs. I have to compliment the chef on this amazing soup. The flavors are incredible, truly deserving of a Michelin star.

Foie Gras Mitteault, Raspberry, Garden Pea – What a beautiful dish. It’s very exciting to see this creation. I have to compliment the chef for sourcing such great ingredients for his diners. He imported the foie gras from French artisan Mitteault, and it’s so delicate. When eaten together with the sweet and sour raspberry and the garden pea, it creates a perfect harmony. This dish is truly impressive.

Spanish Octopus, Bottoni, Eggplant – This pre-main course arrives like three buttons. The first layer reveals tasty Spanish octopus and yellow bottoni eggplant. With each bite, you get a burst of lemon mayonnaise, which is very refreshing and packed with full flavors.

Brittany Red Mullet, Zucchini, Basil – The chef employs two techniques, steaming and pan-frying, to prepare the Brittany Red Mullet. It’s served with a zucchini and basil sauce, creating a truly heartfelt dish. We all know Brittany Red Mullet is renowned for being a great ingredient, prized by health-conscious diners.

Strawberry Mint, Olive Oil – A dessert you can’t resist, with its beautiful presentation and a great combination of flavors. The chef serves it with mint and olive oil, providing a fantastic final touch to our lunch.

For wine lovers, I highly recommend pairing the set lunch with wines. The sommelier here is incredibly knowledgeable, a cheerful individual who loves to share his passion for wines. At Maison Dunand, you can trust them completely; their wines are exclusively served here and imported directly from French wineries. Enjoy the journey and the full experience with them.
