Scalini, Hilton Sukhumvit – Bangkok’s Best Saturday Brunch


Scalini recently launched a new Saturday Brunch with a refined approach, serving unlimited Flat Iron Beef Steak, succulent Lamb Tomahawk, Sea Urchins, Galician Kraken (soft boiled octopus), Butterfly Boston Lobster, Prime Angus Beef Ribs, Seared Duck Breast and more!

New Mediterranean dishes from Spanish chef Enrique González Abilleira and a wide choice of à la carte dishes cooked to order.

Galician Kraken (soft boiled octopus)

Offering to its patrons a great selection of quality items, combining fine buffet selections including, cold cuts, salads.

At the Chef’s Knife carving station there’s a choice of whole roasted pig and prime Angus rib of beef with truffle mashed potatoes and grilled mixed vegetables.

The service team here was very active, and friendly. We were happy to spend our Sunday with a family with fine food and chill drinks.

We have been impressed with the peaceful environment and sophistication of the settings.

I love all salads here, fresh, colorful and tasty!

The ‘Main Event’ comprises à la carte dishes cooked to order such as seared duck breast; grilled wild cod; poached eggs with caviar and smoked salmon; the famous Scalini grilled flat iron steak, and succulent lamb tomahawk presented expertly in Chef Enrique’s signature herb crust.

Prime Angus rib – I really enjoyed watching the chefs in actions while waiting for my dishes.

Poached eggs with caviar and smoked salmon. Order as many as you want. The service team will serve your dishes at the table.

Overall, Scalini offers an unpretentious western-style brunch with superb quality and terrific value for money. Kids enjoyed their time.

Sweet corner ‘Godfather Room’ is where diners discover a fabulous selection of desserts such as Tahiti vanilla mousse with fresh wild berries and the novel Pastry Chef tasting platter.
