Scarlett Bangkok’s Grand Finale Wine Dinner of 2024 – Savoring Terroir From Bubbles to Bordeaux – Luxury Event


Food and wine lovers to experience Savouring Terroir, From Bubbles to Bordeaux, an exclusive wine dinner celebrating the finest wines from France paired with a thoughtfully curated six-course menu on November 21, Thursday.

Scarlett, the Michelin-recommended French rooftop bistro perched on the 37th floor of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. The culinary journey through France’s most prestigious wine regions, complemented by gourmet dishes crafted by the culinary team.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Bangkok’s skyline, the evening promises an unforgettable dining experience filled with elegance, flavor, and finesse.

The wine selection spans celebrated terroirs across France, starting with the refreshing sparkle of Henriot Brut Champagne and culminating in the grandeur of Château de Fieuzal Grand Cru Classé de Graves. Each wine will be expertly paired with dishes designed to enhance its character and depth:

  • Hamachi with red aguachile, coriander mayo and corn tartlet, paired with Henriot Brut Champagne NV
  • Seared scallop with green warm gazpacho, paired with Domaines Ott, Clos Mireille, Cotes de Provence 2022
  • Lobster Salad with Asian mesclun, avocado, tomatoes paired with Verget, Terres de Pierres, Pouilly-Fuisse 2020
  • Foie Gras served with rocket salad and a mustard seed sauce, paired with Chateau Bournuef, Pomerol 2018
  • Wagyu Beef Tenderloin served with parsnip purée, truffle jus and coffee bourbon, paired with Domaine de la Vieille Julienne, Cotes du Rhone 2020
  • Chocolate Palet, a decadent dessert of crunchy praline and 70% Valrhona chocolate, paired with Chateau de Fieuzal, Pessac-Leognan, Grand Cru Classe de Graves 2020
