From the a la carte menu, enjoy a selection of 12 plated dishes (meats or seafood dishes) …the Grilled Boston Lobster is just so popular, we enjoyed so much the a la carte dishes (particularly the Sous vide Australian Lamb Cutlet with blue cheese potato puree and the Beef Stroganoff with mushrooms and jasmine rice).
“The Beast” – Wagyu Marble – require a 96 hours preparation process. Cured in brine then marinated in yoghurt to tenderize and flavor the meat then low cooked over 14 hours in the oven to preserve its juice and texture.
When you are not trying to count the large number of lobsters being cooked on the grill at the same time (yes the Grilled Boston Thermidor are very popular ! ) , you won’t certainly miss the impressive display of beef and will be tempted by tender wagyu masterpiece next to the grill in the center of the open kitchen.
One of the busiest stations in the kitchen with Chefs preparing the racks of lamb or pork. To savor the juicy meats, some sautéed porcini mushrooms, potatoes, red beens, garlic, onions, home made purees are always being ready. Great choice of sauces and mustards to go with these.
