The District Grill Room & Bar recently hosted wine dinner by Chef Tim Spedding, Former Head Chef of Michelin Star Restaurant, Clove Club in Shoreditch.

The District Grill Room & Bar known as a modern upscale steakhouse focuses on American style grilling quality cuts of beef from Queensland, Australia, and fresh seafood. A short non-challenging concise menu, the affordable quality steakhouse.

The night began with a welcome cocktail party, followed by sit-down wine dinner with live duo band entertaining all guests with beautiful songs.

Grilled scallop with hot & sour dressing went well with B&G Barton & Guestier Reserve Varietal Chardonnay, France. It was so refreshing!

Grilled eggplant, green tomato, dried Bonito smoothly served with B&G Barton & Guestier Cotes De Provence, France

Wagyu Ribeye, crisp potato, smoked bone marrow & pickled walnut perfect matching with B& G Barton & Guestier Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, France

Burnt Clementine Granita & buttermilk mousse finishing with “Steinman” Evan Williams black label whiskey, Almond liqueur with Frangelico hazelnut liquor
