My dining starts with Crab Meat Salad; fresh and sweet crab meat, mixed royal project greens, tapioca-squid ink cracker avocado. All come together topped with tomato salsa. 

Mushroom Cream Soup; uplift the good scented with imported porcini & chanterelle mushroom and complimented with truffle foam. 

Giant River Prawns; slowly grilled on charcoal deck and served with a choice of two sauces. Enjoyment with the tasty sauce of Béarnaise, mushroom champagne sauce and Thai spicy sauce upon request.

The last dish arrived with a flourished, Herb Crusted Australian Lamb Loin; served with rosemary sauce, eggplant pate, seasonal vegetables, and Roman-style artichokes. Such an exquisite mouthwatering experience. 

Next, step to the drink stations at the classy emerald color to meet The Riverie Summer as a first lady drink tonight. It is soft sour and sweet.

Consistently with the famous of Mekhong Sling along with the rhythm of live music from the top pianist in this town. Strong taste and refreshing.
