Born in Rome, Fabrizio Fiorani trained in some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy including The Cesar at La Posta Vecchia Hotel (1 Michelin star), Il Pellicano (2 Michelin stars), Enoteca Pinchiorri (3 Michelin stars) in Firenze, and La Pergola in Rome (3 Michelin stars) where he was appointed pastry sous chef.

His desire for an international experience brought him to join the opening of the restaurant by Heinz Beck in Tokyo, the center of Japan’s gourmet culture. In October 2015, he was appointed pastry chef of Bulgari Tokyo-Osaka Restaurants to give the perfect ending of the exquisite culinary experience prepared by the Executive Chef Luca Fantin at the eponymous restaurant.
